Put a QR code on the table
Print the signup link as a code and tape it to the table. Families scan it and enter themselves while they queue.

Draw at the assembly
Pull the raffle up on the projector and press draw. The winner and the proof appear together.

Share the results page in the next school newsletter so the families who weren’t there can see the same thing everyone in the gym saw.
Every draw ships with its own proof
The winner and a SHA-256 hash of the draw publish together. Anyone can re-run the computation and confirm the same name comes out — no one has to take your word for it.

Schools & PTAs, specifically
- Can we run separate drawings for each grade?
- Yes — create one raffle per grade and share each signup link with that grade’s families. Alternatively, upgrade a single raffle and draw multiple winners with a prize named for each position.
- Do we have to collect student names?
- You decide what the signup form asks for. Many schools enter the parent or guardian rather than the student. Only collect what you actually need — the audit trail keeps whatever you do collect, and it is visible to whoever manages the raffle.
- What if the gym has no reliable wifi?
- Entries come in over whatever connection each family’s phone is using, so patchy venue wifi usually isn’t a problem for signups. For the draw itself you need a connection on the device running it, so it is worth testing before the doors open.
- Is it really free for a school fundraiser?
- Yes, up to 100 entrants, including the public signup page, the verified draw and the full audit trail. A bigger drawing is a one-time $25 for that raffle, which adds unlimited entrants, CSV export, multiple winners and new signup alerts. No subscription.
